Hilton Tokyo Odaiba to reopen in December 2026 following its first major renovation since opening, unveiling redesigned executive rooms and suites, an enhanced Presidential Terrace Bath Suite and a new Executive Lounge overlooking Tokyo Bay.

Hilton Tokyo Odaiba to reopen in December 2026, welcoming guests to its renovated Executive Rooms and Suites from December 19. The waterfront property is undergoing its first full-scale renovation since opening, with 26 rooms and suites receiving a makeover designed to create a more private and residential-style experience in the heart of Tokyo.

Located approximately 20 minutes from Tokyo Station, the hotel offers a waterfront setting where guests can enjoy views of Tokyo Bay from private balconies attached to every guest room. The renovation, which began in February 2026, follows the concept “TOKYO STILLNESS: Unwind in the Heart of the City”, focusing on creating a tranquil retreat where guests can relax amid the changing colours of the sky and sea, away from the city’s bustle.

A Residential-Style Stay in Tokyo

The renovation is aimed to transform the guest experience by combining refined interiors, thoughtful amenities and panoramic waterfront views. Rather than focusing solely on physical upgrades, the hotel seeks to create an atmosphere reminiscent of a private residence, giving guests the freedom to enjoy their stay at their own pace.

The hotel’s only Presidential Suite, the Presidential Terrace Bath Suite, is among the highlights of the refurbishment. The suite features separate living and dining areas, a private kitchen, a bar counter and a dining table accommodating up to 10 guests. Private dining experiences with the hotel’s chefs can also be arranged for dinners and gatherings.

The bedroom opens towards an outdoor terrace, allowing guests to enjoy the sea breeze and expansive views of Tokyo Bay. An outdoor jetted bath adds to the experience, while the renovated bathroom features elegant marble finishes, a jetted bathtub for two, a vanity counter and a glass shower enclosure. Guests can also arrange in-room treatments with therapists from the hotel spa.

Executive Lounge to Open Alongside Renovated Suites

Another significant addition is the reopening of the Executive Lounge on December 19, 2026, coinciding with the arrival of guests in the renovated rooms and suites. Overlooking Rainbow Bridge, the lounge will offer a selection of food and beverages featuring seasonal Japanese ingredients alongside international options.

The lounge will accommodate 99 guests in its main area, with an additional 10 seats in a private room. Operating hours will be from 6:30 am to 9:30 pm, with separate services for breakfast, brunch, afternoon tea, cocktails and nightcaps. Access will be available to guests staying in Executive Rooms and Suites.

Dining, Wellness and Events at Hilton Tokyo Odaiba

Beyond the renovation, Hilton Tokyo Odaiba offers a range of dining and leisure experiences. Its restaurants include Seascape Terrace Dining for all-day dining, Sakura for Japanese specialities such as teppanyaki, sushi, tempura and kaiseki, Grillogy BAR & GRILL for grilled dishes, and the Chinese restaurant Choryumon.

The property also caters to meetings, conferences and celebrations, with 22 event spaces, including a grand ballroom with an eight-metre-high ceiling, alongside two wedding chapels. Its spa and fitness facilities feature an indoor swimming pool and an outdoor jet bath overlooking the sea and sky.

Hilton Tokyo Odaiba has 453 guest rooms, including 18 suites, all featuring private balconies. Select accommodations offer views of Tokyo’s skyline, including Tokyo Tower and Rainbow Bridge.

With its renovated suites, redesigned interiors and refreshed Executive Lounge, Hilton Tokyo Odaiba to reopen in December 2026 marks a new chapter for the waterfront property. The refurbishment seeks to combine the convenience of a central Tokyo location with the calm of a waterfront retreat, appealing to leisure travellers, business guests and those seeking a more private luxury stay in Japan’s capital.
